Progress Update: Australian Custom Golf Umbrella Order Completed And Ready For Shipment
Nov 27, 2025| A custom golf umbrella order from Australia is now completed and ready for shipment. The client first reached out on 18 August 2025, and the project has progressed smoothly from inquiry to mass production.
After receiving the initial inquiry, the sales team provided the full umbrella catalog for model selection. The client shortlisted four models and requested to review samples with existing branding. He also asked whether all four models were available in red, as the color aligns closely with his corporate identity. Three models were already available in red, and the remaining one was recommended in black for the sampling stage. The client confirmed the sample plan and paid the sample fee, and the factory dispatched the samples on 27 August.
There was a long period without feedback, during which the sales team continued to follow up to maintain communication. Once the client received all samples, two were selected for further development. Detailed discussions then took place covering size, fabric color, logo placement, and handle options. A PI sheet and logo mock-up were provided accordingly. Bulk samples were arranged and sent within approximately seven days.
Upon confirmation that all specifications were accurate, the factory proceeded with mass production, packaging, and shipment preparation.

Throughout the communication, the client placed particular importance on canopy color and logo alignment, as the brand's corporate colors are red and white. Based on the logo file, Pantone 2342C and 1797C were identified as potential matches. The sales team recommended Pantone 1797C as the closest option, and both fabric swatches were produced for comparison. Photos and fabric samples were shared to ensure the client fully understood the colors. It was also clarified that slight color variation is normal and that no factory can guarantee a 100% exact Pantone match, though high similarity can be achieved. The client ultimately selected Pantone 1797C, and the logo was centrally aligned as required.
During production, the factory conducted routine quality control, including print clarity checks, fabric color consistency, and frame stability testing. Packaging was completed according to the client's export requirements, ensuring that the finished umbrellas would arrive safely and in good condition.
This order demonstrates the importance of clear communication during custom umbrella development, particularly when it comes to fabric color and branding accuracy. The project has now been finalized, and the shipment is scheduled to depart shortly.
