Successfully Delivered! Customized High-End Business Automatic Folding Umbrellas For Notion

Recently, Huizhou HeSanJiang Umbrella Co., Ltd. successfully completed a customized high-end business automatic folding umbrella project for the Notion brand. The order consisted of 100 umbrellas, primarily for brand gifts and high-end business occasions. Although the project quantity was relatively small, it involved several special processes, including multi-sided independent logo printing and customized silicone umbrella labels, placing high demands on product precision, customization capabilities, and delivery efficiency.

 

The customized umbrellas feature a 23-inch 12-rib structure, weighing approximately 550g. They are equipped with aluminum + fiberglass ribs and an ABS plastic handle. The canopy is made of 190T black coated fabric, digitally printed with the brand's visual identity. They also feature UPF 50+ sun protection and automatic opening and closing functions, balancing business usability with brand presentation.

During project execution, the client requested optimization of the logo size on the initial sample. To avoid repeated sampling impacting project progress, we adopted a "multi-scale printing + physical sample comparison" approach. This allowed the client to visually compare the effects of different logo sizes on the actual umbrella surface and quickly determine the final design. After finalization, we coordinated the rapid integration of digital printing, silicone logo customization, sewing, and assembly processes, completing the delivery of 100 finished umbrellas in just 3 weeks from the first round of sampling.
